Adam V.

Adam V. has held various positions in the gaming industry since 2008. Adam'sfirst role was as Business Development Manager/Accounts Manager at PLAYSPAN in 2008. Adam then moved to MMO LIFE in 2009, where they held the role of U.S. Portal Manager, Community Chief and Business Manager. In 2010, they were an Affiliate Manager - USA at MMOTraffic and Director of Community and Support at GameSamba. In 2012, they were a Member Experience/Community Engagement Leader at Solavei and a Microsoft Level 2 Engineer at VMC. From 2015-2021, they held the role of Community Manager/Architect at Vertafore, Community & Support Lead at Soulbound Studios and Community Lead at Prasaga. Most recently, they were a Community Manager at Simutronics Corp., where they led the community efforts for their newest unreleased FPS title, GALAHAD 3093. In this role, they setup and managed support ticketing and handled all customer service aspects of their player base via every platform they supported, envisioned, created, and led their volunteer teams, generated and maintained community guidelines and operational processes, and oversaw their online community presence across all platforms including Discord, Reddit, Steam, and Social Media.

Adam V. graduated from Canyon High School in 1986 with a focus in Computers and Mathematics. Adam then attended Fullerton College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Programming and Graphics in 1987. Adam has also obtained certifications from Salesforce Trailhead, including the Accounts & Contacts Badge in February 2016 and My Trailhead Badges and Salesforce Platform Basics Badge.
