Rich Phillips

Rich Phillips has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2000. Rich began their career at Smiths Aerospace as a Software Engineer, followed by a Software Engineer role at Avenca Limited in 2003. In 2004, they worked as a Software Engineer at Manufacturing Software Consultancy Limited, and then in 2005, they became a Systems Engineer Senior at Lockheed Martin UK. In 2012, they joined GE Aviation as Chief Architect in the CTO Office, and in 2016, they became Industrial Digital Transformation Director and Global Pre-Sales Leader for Asset Performance Management Solutions. In 2019, they took on roles as Partner, Architect at Elevate Innovations and Chief Product Officer at Prasaga. Most recently, in 2020, they became President & CEO of Hyperion Innovations SASU.

Rich Phillips attended Corfe Hills School from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained A-Levels in Physics, Pure & Discrete Maths, and IT. Rich then attended University of Plymouth from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a BEng Hons in Computer Engineering. In 2006, they obtained a LEAN Six Sigma Certified Greenbelt from Lockheed Martin UK.
