Matt Scheffel

Matt Scheffel has extensive experience in engineering with a focus on aerospace. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Pratt & Whitney Canada since January 2017, Matt has previously held roles as Staff Engineer and Line Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Matt gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2016, where responsibilities included designing tooling for assembly processes and conducting non-destructive testing. Additionally, Matt interned at Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation in 2015, focusing on the production processes and digital manufacturing instruction. Earlier internship experience at Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2014 involved generating work instructions to enhance plant operations. Matt holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University, earned in 2016.
