Karolina Tucharz

Karolina Tucharz has extensive experience in human resources, working in various roles for different companies. Karolina began their career at Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Polska in 2004, starting as an HR Specialist and later becoming an HR Manager. Karolina then joined Brembo in 2010 as an HR Manager for the Calipers Plant. In 2015, they moved to Pratt & Whitney Tubes as an HR Manager until 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Vice HR Director at Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów, and as of March 2019, they took on the role of HR Director, Operations.

Karolina Tucharz earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu in the years 1997-2001. Karolina then pursued a degree in International Relations at the same university from 2001 to 2003.
