Richard Baybutt

Richard Baybutt is a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, with experience dating back to July 2016. Previously, Richard served as a Manufacturing Engineer and worked as a Quality Engineer for the Illinois Department of Transportation, where critical problem resolution was achieved while supervising multiple contractors and conducting tests to meet state quality standards. Richard's early career included an internship as a Forging Engineer at Ellwood City Forge, where product designs were developed to enhance manufacturing processes using modeling software and Finite Element Analysis. Richard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Geneva College, obtained in June 2016.
