John Janeczko has a solid work history spanning over several years. John began their career in 1989 at Delphi, where they served as a Facilities Engineering Manager for over a decade. In 2001, they joined Taber Industries as the VP of Engineering, Quality, and Project Management. John then moved on to Ford Motor Company in 2003, where they held the position of Superintendent of Quality and 6 Sigma until 2004. John's current role is as the Global Quality Director at Praxair, which they have held since November 2004.

John Janeczko received their Master's degree in Engineering from the University at Buffalo, where they specialized in Engineering Management. John completed their studies from 1998 to 2002.
