Francis Herrera

Francis Herrera has worked in various roles since 2012. Francis began their career as an Adviser for the Venezuelan Department of Agriculture in 2012. In 2014, they became the General Manager for Agregados Yaracuy. AGRYCA, a sand mining company, where they were responsible for personnel and activities, planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, payroll, suppliers, inventories, budget and purchase of supplies and spare parts. In 2015, they joined Purolomo Business Group as a Production Manager and Production Coordinator, where they were responsible for all activities related to the Production Coordinator position, plus QA, fertility reports, batch tracking, birth estimation, inventories, budget and process planning, payroll, interview, selection and training of personnel. In 2019, they joined Praxis EMR as an Implementation Manager.

Francis Herrera obtained an Agricultural Engineer degree from Universidad Centro Occidental 'Lisandro Alvarado' from 2005 to 2011. In 2017, they attended the Venezuelan Institute of Psycholinguistics and obtained a degree in Psycholinguistics. Francis also attended Deloitte, Venezuela and obtained a Leadership Training Program degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In 2020, they obtained an Experto Universitario en Programación con especialización en .NET degree from Centro de e-Learning UTN FRBA. Additionally, they obtained a Fundamentos de la Programación certification from Universidad Tecnologica Nacional - Facultad Regional Buenos Aires in September 2020.
