Nathan Nolan

Nathan Nolan has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Nathan began their career at Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp. in 1996, where they served as a Human Resources Supervisor and Senior Labor Relations Representative until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at General Mills, specializing in Western Mills. Nathan then joined Newell-Rubbermaid (Calphalon Division) as a Manager of Human Resources from 2002 to 2003. Nathan transitioned to Kohler Co. in 2003, where they held the position of Senior Human Resource Manager for the Vitreous & Plastics division. In 2005, they became a Human Resources Manager at WageWorks before moving on to United Solar Ovonic in 2006, where they served as a Human Resources Director until 2010. Nathan then joined Robert Half Finance & Accounting as a Recruiting Manager for the entirety of 2010. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at JBL Resources as a Senior Recruiter and Account Director. Most recently, Nathan has been employed at Praxis Packaging Solutions, where they initially worked as a Recruiting Manager and Senior Employee Relations Specialist from 2019 to 2022, before being promoted to the position of Human Resources Director.

Nathan Nolan pursued their education at Michigan State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in American Public Affairs with a focus on James Madison College. This educational journey took place from 1989 to 1993. Later on, they enrolled in the same university and attained a Master's degree in Labor Relations & Human Resources, specializing in the field of Master Labor Relations & Human Resources, between 1994 and 1995.
