Diane May

Diane May is the current Director of Human Resources at Preble Street. Diane has held this position since May of 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Rural Community Transportation Inc. from June 2019 to May 2020. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Caledonia Spirits from July 2018 to June 2019.

Diane has also worked at Preble Street in various capacities over the years. From October 2016 to July 2018, they served as the Director of Human Resources. From August 2013 to June 2016, they were the Human Resources Manager.

Diane is a highly experienced human resources professional with a proven track record of success in both the public and private sectors. Diane is a strategic thinker who is able to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Diane is a strong communicator and an effective leader who is able to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best.

Diane May has a Master of Jurisprudence from Tulane University Law School in Labor and Employment Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Norwich University. Diane also has certification from SHRM in SHRM-CP and from the University of Southern Maine in Human Resource Management Certificate.
