Lisa Clarkson is currently the CVP of Retail Operations & Direct to Consumer Sales at Precept Wine LLC. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on coffee and retail operations.

Lisa started their career in 1998 as a barista and store manager for Tully's Coffee. Lisa quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Director of Retail Operations in 2012. In this role, Lisa was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all Tully's Coffee stores.

Under Lisa's leadership, the company saw significant improvement in same store sales, secret shop scores, and employee retention. Lisa was also instrumental in developing a coffee education program that increased whole bean sales by 19%.

In 2013, Lisa left Tully's Coffee to join Precept Wine LLC. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing all retail operations and direct to consumer sales. Lisa has continued to be a strong leader within the company, collaborating with various departments to ensure that all Precept Wine locations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Lisa Clarkson studied history and secondary education at Boise State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts. Lisa also minored in political science.

They are on a team with Phil Kazanjian - SVP of Northwest Operations, Kirk Brewer - EVP of Sales & Logistics, and Alexandra Evans - Chief Marketing Officer. Their manager is Andrew Browne, Founder, President & CEO.
