Katerina Pashkevich has a long and varied work experience. Katerina began their career in 2007 as a Marketing Manager at Finam Holdings, a financial services news portal and forex trading community. During their time there, they produced, published and audited content on the website, increasing the use of keywords and generating more traffic. Katerina also used Google Analytics to analyse website traffic, studied behaviour flow of visitors, identified users' needs and fixed bugs. In 2009, they became the Marketing Manager at Bad Habit Bar, a bar with nightly entertainment, guest DJs, shows and disco. In this role, they were responsible for the Facebook, Twitter and VK accounts. Katerina planned content strategy, engaged with visitors and grew the online presence from scratch to 1,000 followers. Katerina also initiated the placement of a booking feature on the website, promoted it on social media and ensured 25% of bookings were completed via the website. In 2015, they founded and became the CEO of Bundles.ai, an e-commerce AI chatbot for fashion recommendations on FB. Katerina developed and launched the chatbot, reaching 600 unique users in 3 months and integrated the chatbot into large fashion retail brands' websites. In 2018, they started their own Instagram blog, @evgenevna, as a Content Creator & Influencer. Katerina created and developed their own blog, growing the follower base from 300 to 21,000 in 1.5 years. Katerina also analysed the performance of posts on Instagram Insights and adjusted the content plan accordingly. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Marketing Manager at Precious Payload.
Katerina Pashkevich obtained a Professional Certificate in Attribution of Antiques and Works of Art from the Russian University of Humanities between 2010 and 2012. Katerina then earned a Specialist Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the Russian State University of Tourism and Service between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, such as a Digital Marketing Course from the Digital Marketing Institute in July 2021, Data-driven Product Management from GoPractice, Inc in November 2020, Lean Product Management from ScrumTrek in March 2017, and Social Media Marketing from Netology in April 2016.
