Christina is responsible for leading Precise Systems' overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, cultural development, employee education, workplace safety and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. She also leads aspects of corporate relations, including, Community and Employee Engagement and Facilities. She instills an employee-centric, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, career growth and development, and goal attainment. As a member of the executive team, Payne contributes directly to the organization's long and short-term strategic objectives while maximizing organizational effectiveness. She oversees company programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and partners with leaders across the organization.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Science from Towson University and a Master of Science in Management with a focus in Human Resources from the University of Maryland University College. She holds a Society of Human Resources Management certifications as a Certified Professional SHRM-CP) and Professional of Human Resources (PHR). She is a graduate of Leadership Southern Maryland.
