Carolyn Bennett

Carolyn Bennett is an experienced professional in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and client engagement. Currently serving as Client Engagement Manager at Precisely since November 2022, Carolyn previously held positions including Geographic Information Systems Manager for the City of Boston from November 2021 to November 2022 and Deputy Director of GIS at the Boston Planning & Development Agency from November 2004 to November 2021. Carolyn also founded ThinkGIS, providing GIS consulting and planning services from June 2003 to November 2004, and served as GIS Manager for the Two Rivers Ottauquechee Regional Planning Commission from January 1997 to October 2001. Carolyn holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Pittsburgh (1988-1990) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution (1981-1985).
