Paul Graebner

Paul Graebner is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and preconstruction processes. Currently serving as Senior Preconstruction Manager at Precision Construction Services since August 2022, Paul has honed skills in strategic planning and project execution. Previously, Paul held the position of Project Manager at Gilbane Building Company from January 2005 to August 2022 and worked as a Project Engineer at Kajima Construction Services from January 2003 to December 2004. Early in the career, Paul gained valuable experience as a Seasonal Laborer at Caseywood from 1997 to 2000. Paul’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, complemented by studies at West Valley College and Nevada Union High School.
