Rachel Altman, MBA, has extensive experience in project coordination, customer service management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Project Program Coordinator at Precision Countertops since June 2021, Rachel manages over 150 projects, focusing on customer satisfaction and team collaboration. Rachel's tenure as Senior Customer Service Manager at COBALT, INC. includes building partnerships to streamline processes and address customer concerns. Previous roles encompass administration and operations management at Westmont Living, where Rachel oversaw an 80-resident facility, and significant business development at Zen Dojos Martial Arts Academy. Rachel’s background also includes serving as a Firefighter and EMT and as a Cryptologic Linguist in the United States Navy. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration from Mills College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
