Aaron Kelch is a Project Engineer at Precision Cut Industries, Inc. Aaron has previous experience as a Welding Engineer at Johnson Controls and Precision Cut Industries, Inc. Aaron is skilled in constructing 3D models and blueprints, creating work instructions for fixtures and parts, and working with welding fixtures. Prior to their engineering roles, Aaron worked as a Sales Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where Aaron excelled in customer communication and maintaining a safe working environment. Aaron also has experience as a Soccer Referee at Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Welding & Fabrication Engineering Technology and an Associate of Applied Science in Renewable Energy from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
