Russ Parks

Russ Parks is an experienced automotive facilitator and coach with a career spanning several decades in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Mazda Brand Academy Performance Coach at Mazda North American Operations since March 2024, Russ has held various roles in automotive facilitation and training since June 2008 as Vice President of Parks Projects, Inc. Notable positions include freelance automotive facilitator and trainer, as well as work with organizations such as Precision Dynamics International, Maritz, and AMCI Global. Earlier in the career, Russ gained experience as a sales consultant at Mercedes Benz of Bloomfield Hills and Lithia Motors, Inc. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Specs@LTU and high school education from Wayne State University focused on Liberal Arts and Sciences.
