Doug Williamson, Ed. D., MBA, has extensive experience in program and project management across various industries. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Program and Project Management at Precision Task Group, Inc. (PTG), where they are responsible for building out the PMO and providing Agile coaching for a public higher education institution.

Prior to their role at PTG, Doug worked at Tarrant County College as the Executive Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office. During their tenure at Mr. Cooper, they played a key role in transforming the organization's project management approach from waterfall-based to Agile, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings.

Doug's previous experience includes positions at Realty Pilot llc., Vendor Resource Management, CoreLogic REO Outsourcing and Technology, and Origen Financial LLC. In these roles, they held various leadership positions focused on business development, program management, and operations.

Earlier in their career, Doug worked at Comdisco/SunGard as a Managing Consultant and Project Manager, where they successfully managed large-scale projects and specialized in business impact analysis and risk management projects. Doug also served as the Vice President and Special Projects Manager at Bank of America, overseeing an Activity Based Management initiative.

Doug began their career as the Hospital Director of Information Systems at Columbia/HCA, where they built and managed the information systems department for two hospitals.

Overall, Doug Williamson brings a wealth of expertise in program and project management, Agile methodologies, business development, and operations to their current and previous roles.

Doug Williamson, Ed.D., MBA, has a diverse educational background. Doug obtained their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Tarleton State University, completing the program from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Management from Texas Wesleyan University in 1999.
