Matthew Kepke

Matthew Kepke has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew currently serves as the Managing Member of MAK Consulting Solutions, LLC, a General Counsel consultation service that offers legal and strategic solutions to small and mid-sized companies. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Precision Valve Corporation, where they were responsible for managing all legal aspects of the global packaging dispensing systems provider. Before that, they served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Argyle Security, Inc., overseeing legal matters for the physical security systems integration business. Matthew's earlier career includes positions as an Associate at Loeb & Loeb LLP, where they provided general corporate and securities representation to clients across the globe, and as an Associate at Jenkens & Gilchrist Parker Chapin LLP, where they handled a variety of corporate and securities matters, including financing transactions and bankruptcy cases.

Matthew Kepke obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they attended the Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 1998 to 2001, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a specialization in Law. In 2000 and 2001, they also participated in the Visiting Student - JD Program at the Cardozo School of Law.
