James Vicki

James Vicki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Value Stream Manager at Precitech since October 2023, James leads a team focused on machining components and building precision machines while implementing lean principles to enhance cost efficiency and throughput. Previously, James held the position of Continental Shift Manager at Hanwha Aerospace USA, overseeing a team of 25+ to produce precision aerospace parts. Additional experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Jonal Laboratories, Continuous Improvement Engineer at MB Aerospace, and various technical positions at Hanwha Aerospace USA, ATI, ACMT, and the US Navy. James's educational background includes a Master's degree in Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Castleton University, complemented by a Precision Manufacturing Certificate from Manchester Community College.
