Kalai Vani

Kalai Vani has been working in the field of Talent Acquisition since 2003. Kalai began their career as an Executive- Recruitment at Capntel Executive Search in 2003. In 2004, they moved to EXL to work as an Executive- Talent Search. Two years later, in 2006, they joined The Minacs Group as an Assistant Manager - Human Resources. In 2010, Kalai Vani moved to WNS Global Services to take on the role of Manager- Talent Acquisition. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Predactica\u2122 - An AI powered personal data scientist for business teams.

Kalai Vani holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in Human Resources Management from BIMM, Pune and a Master's Degree in Labour Law & Welfare from Symbiosis, Pune. Kalai also has a Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
