Yvonne Wang

Yvonne Wang is an experienced NGS Lab Manager at Predicine since December 2021, previously serving as a Scientist at Apostle, Inc. from October 2020 to November 2021. During the time at Apostle, Yvonne Wang validated an automated SARS-CoV-2 RNA extraction system, set up a CLIA lab for COVID-19 testing, and successfully tested over 20,000 samples while optimizing laboratory processes. Prior experience includes a Graduate Research Assistantship at the University of California, Davis, from October 2014 to September 2020, where Yvonne Wang conducted significant research on pathogen control and antibiotic resistance in agricultural settings, and worked as a Teaching Assistant in Chemistry and Engineering courses. Yvonne Wang holds a PhD in Biosystems Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a BS in Bioengineering from Northwest A&F University.
