Kate Bassett

Kate Bassett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and client success management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Predictive Safety SRP, Inc. since October 2022, Kate previously held positions as Client Services Manager at the same company and as Senior Customer Success Manager at Crashtest Security GmbH from November 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, Kate worked as Client Services Supervisor at Ruptly and had a brief role as an Administrative Consultant at BCC Pharmaceuticals. Kate's career began in hospitality at Kloof Street House, where responsibilities included managing reservations and events. In terms of education, Kate holds a Master's degree in International/Global Studies from The University of Freiburg, along with an Honors Bachelor in Social Science specializing in Industrial Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a focus on Industrial Sociology and International Relations from the University of Cape Town.
