Anthony Sherwin has a strong background in customer success and client services. Anthony is currently the Director of Customer Success UK&I at RLDatix, where they oversee customer support and satisfaction. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Success UK & Ireland at RLDatix.

Before joining RLDatix, Anthony held various roles at Selenity. Anthony was the Client Services Director, where they focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Anthony later became the Chief Client Officer, responsible for managing the Service Desk, Professional Services, and Customer Experience Teams. Anthony also reported within Software Europe's Executive Management Team during this time. Anthony previously served as the Head of Customer Experience at Selenity, where they built the client community, improved processes, and created client service indicators. Anthony began their journey at Selenity as an Account/Customer Manager.

Furthermore, Anthony gained valuable experience through the Management Graduate Scheme at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. This program provided him with comprehensive knowledge in management, sales, marketing, customer service, and retention strategies.

Anthony Sherwin attended the University of Hull from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Management and Public Relations with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management.
