Nitin Mangtani

Nitin Mangtani is the founder and CEO of PredictSpring. Nitin previously worked at Google from April 2006 to March 2013, where they were a Group Product Manager. Nitin was a founding member of Google Retail Promotions, Google Commerce Search, and Google Site Search. Nitin also led the Retail team and built the Google Shopping team from a few hundred merchants to hundreds of thousands of merchants worldwide.

Prior to working at Google, Mangtani worked at BEA Systems from January 2001 to April 2006. Nitin was a Senior Product Manager and a founding member of the data infrastructure group. Nitin was instrumental in defining the overall product vision as well as shipping several iterations of Data Services Platform (DSP). The DSP allows enterprises to build data services that can access, aggregate and update information from multiple heterogeneous sources, including relational databases, web services, XML, flat files, packaged applications and messaging systems.

Mangtani’s responsibilities included both inbound product management duties focusing on product roadmap, requirements (PRD), definition and design, and outbound duties focusing on customers, sales support, field enablement, analysts and writing technical collateral. Prior to taking up the Product Management role, they were the first engineer and Technical Lead for Data Services Group.

Nitin Mangtani's educational career includes a Google Executive Management Program from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University.
