Marie Asplund

Marie Asplund is an experienced project manager and procurement professional with expertise in source-to-pay solutions and procurement development. Currently serving as Project Manager at Preem AB since December 2015, Marie leads the implementation of a new digital procurement solution aimed at enhancing efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Previous roles at Preem AB include Head of Procurement Development and Lead Buyer, focusing on supplier management and strategic procurement across key categories such as IT and recruitment. Marie's prior experience includes positions at IMO AB, where responsibilities encompassed commodity management and production planning, as well as operational procurement. Marie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management from Malmö University.
