Faitth Brooks

Community Director at Preemptive Love Coalition

Faith Brooks is the current Community Director at Preemptive Love Coalition. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Programs and Innovation at Be the Bridge from August 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they oversaw the quality and success of all aspects of program operations, management, relationships, curriculum development, staff, and volunteer training and supervision. Faitth also developed strategic long-term program expansion goals and budgets, hired and managed a team of over 25 program managers, coordinators, interns, and contractors, and monitored program budgets and oversaw grant and contract compliances and evaluated programs outcomes.

During their time at Be the Bridge, Brooks also oversaw the development and production of video and written content for all 5 programs, executed program metrics for a Facebook grant of almost 1 million which focused on expanding the youth program and organizational infrastructure, supported the Be the Bridge Team in translating the strategic vision into actionable initiatives for volunteerism, advocacy, and other boots-on-the-ground activism opportunities, produced and led the creation of a Racial Trauma training course to help BIPOC, led the creation of content to further diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts faith-based organizations, and led successful marketing campaigns for fundraisers and product launches that raised over 500K. Faitth also developed revenue generation through the creation and development of content that generated over 200K in annual revenue.

In addition to their work with Be the Bridge, Brooks has also worked with the Executive Team with fundraising strategies and events and overseen the operations and technical production goals and objectives for the programs team. Faitth has attended and planned professional development

Faith Brooks has a certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.

Faitth Brooks reports to Ellen Meyer Shorb, Interim CEO. They work with Afnan Osman - Community Project Manager, Jwan Jamal - Business Support Program Officer, Iraq, and Luis Cervera - People & Talent Global Strategist, Mexico.
