Leandro Domingues

Leandro Domingues is an experienced professional in administrative and financial management, currently serving as the Diretor Administrativo Financeiro at the Instituto de Previdência Social dos Servidores Públicos do Município de Florianópolis since December 2013. Leandro's responsibilities include overseeing the execution of work programs, assisting the Superintendente, managing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. In addition, Leandro has been involved in consulting work in the area of public bidding and contracts since July 2008 and previously held the position of Diretor Administrativo at Fundação Catarinense de Educação Especial - FCEE from January 2011 to December 2013, where significant improvements in technology and service delivery were implemented. Leandro holds a specialization in Public Management Control from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and a bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí.
