Michele R. Graham

Michele is responsible for driving the development of operational improvement, and provides oversight of the implementation and management of organizational investments in alignment with Preferred Mutual’s strategic plan.

Prior to her role at Preferred, Michele has held positions of increasing responsibility in various disciplines including rating, business analysis and project management.

Michele has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management and Economics from Empire State College and holds numerous designations including but not limited to Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), as well accreditations including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI).
