Matthew Wilmer has a diverse work experience that spans from 2015 to 2022:
In 2015, he Co-Founded Chesapeake Collection, a Mid-Atlantic lifestyle apparel brand, and served as the Digital Marketing Director. In 2016, he interned as a Marketing Research Analyst at Stanley Black & Decker, where he compiled research on competitors product offerings, in store retail displays, tested and compiled research on emerging products, and helped craft go to market strategies.
From 2017-2022, Matthew was a Digital Marketing Strategist for multiple industry sectors: E-commerce, B2B Retail, Staffing & Recruiting, and Biotech. In December 2022, Matthew became the Marketing Director of Preflect, a company that helps
E-commerce DTC brands take control of their Social Media Marketing with AI.
Persosnal achievements: Matthew is Platinum Winner of Loyola University Maryland's 2022 Business Accelerator Program, which gave executive training and sharpened business skills at an MBA level. Matthew is a recipient of the 2018 BBB Spark Award: for giveback work in his community.
Education: Matthew attended Calvert Hall College High School from 2008 to 2012, where he earned his High School Diploma. Matthew then attended Loyola University Maryland from 2012 to 2016, Graduating with a BBA in Marketing.
