Srikrishnan Ganesan

Srikrishnan Ganesan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rocketlane, a customer onboarding platform. Srikrishnan is responsible for delivering a collaborative, transparent, and delightful onboarding experience for customers. Srikrishnan also serves as a Founding Member of Preflight Community, a professional community for those in customer onboarding and success roles. Prior to their current positions, they worked at Freshworks Inc. as a builder of Freshchat.com and Hotline.io, and at Konotor as a Co-Founder. Srikrishnan was also the Head of Product at Jigsee, Inc. where they helped develop a mobile video solution. Srikrishnan has further experience as a Senior Product Manager at Rediff.com and as a Product Manager and Business Analyst at Verizon.

Srikrishnan Ganesan completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Anna University in 2005. Srikrishnan then pursued their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2005 to 2007.
