Currently, Violet is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human and Organizational Development/Computer Science at Vanderbilt University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.

Sam Kim has been in the financial services industry since 2001, starting with Enterprise as an Area Business Manager. In 2004, they joined Wachovia Bank as a Mortgage Banking Director, and in 2009 they became a Branch & Area Manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Prelim as the SVP, Head of Banking Platform, where they are responsible for growing the North American banking business. Sam's passion is to learn about financial institutions' current state and future roadmap to expand financial offerings to clients and optimize operational excellence. During their tenure at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, they achieved Leaders & Presidents Club distinctions. At Wachovia Bank, they achieved national recognition through partnership and sales execution. At Enterprise, they grew the firm's F&I portfolio in the market and negotiated the close of all sales, placing the branch in the top 10 out of 90+ nationally in 2003.

Joshua Cole has worked in a variety of roles across different companies. In 2021, they began working as a Full Stack Engineer for Prelim and as a Software Engineering Intern for DraftKings Inc., where they built internal tooling and collaborated with prospective users and maintainers. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Robotics Engineer for Multiply Labs, where they designed and built a modular, robust, and dynamic IOT factory to manufacture personalized pharmaceutical products. In 2018, they worked as a Math Tutor for Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer for 360Works, where they worked on projects requiring FileMaker 15, utilization of Amazon AWS services, and performance testing of MirrorSync 2/3.

Jacky Chen has held a variety of positions in the finance and technology industries. In 2018, they began their career as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at C.L. King & Associates. Jacky then moved on to become a Business Development Analyst at Lunchspread in 2019, followed by a Private Equity Analyst at Alchemy Capital Partners. In 2020, they began working as a Turnaround & Restructuring Associate at Ankura, and they are currently employed as a Software Engineer at Prelim.

Evans Shao has been working in the software engineering field since 2020, when they started as a Senior Software Engineer and Full Stack Engineer at Prelim. Evans also works as a Frontend Developer at Code for San Francisco. Prior to this, Evans was a Research Associate at the University of California, San Francisco from 2017 to 2020. Evans also had roles as a Hospital Volunteer at Alta Bates Medical Group from 2015 to 2016, a Shadowee at Los Alamitos Medical Center in 2016, and a Research Intern at Fudan Cancer Center from 2013 to 2015.

Senyo Agawu has four years of work experience. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at SUN PHARMA. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Analytical Chemist at IsoSciences, where they performed quantitative analysis of raw material using HPLC, ELSD, LCMS, NMR, GC-FID, and GC-MS. They also maintained the analytical lab processes by ordering reagents, lab consumables, calibrating pH meters, and analytical balances. They also validated and developed methods for new catalog items and new custom projects. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Technical Instructional Teaching Assistant at App Academy. Currently, they are working as a Full Stack Engineer at Prelim.

Abel Chiao has a diverse background in scientific research and software engineering. Abel is currently employed as a Full Stack Developer at Prelim since 2021. Prior to that, they were the first employee and Scientist at Tierra Biosciences from 2016 to 2021, where they spearheaded the technology platform's biochemistry and automation R&D, enabling quarter-over-quarter doubling of experimental throughput. Abel is an inventor on 6 patent applications (2 published). From 2015 to 2016, they were a Research Associate at Caltech, where they joined the Murray Lab to commercialize cell-free protein expression technology and pioneered 100-fold reduction in base platform reagent cost without sacrificing genetic circuit prototyping capabilities and other key performance parameters. From 2012 to 2015, they were an Undergraduate Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Lippard Research Group, where they executed and assisted in characterization/functional studies of phenanthriplatin, a novel platinum anticancer agent. Abel also set up crystallization trials for phenanthriplatin-DNA conjugates to study binding interactions and maintained human tumor cell lines and evaluated effect of drug combinations via MTT assay for synergism. From 2011 to 2012, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, where they assisted researchers in Dr. Wei Li's research group in studying heat-shock-protein-90a, which was shown to greatly promote wound healing. Abel also produced recombinant Hsp90a via pET expression system.

Heang Chan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Prelim, a Silicon Valley technology company that builds the operating system for the financial industry. Prior to Prelim, Chan was an industry expert hired by Blend to help build the original version of the consumer mortgage application used by 3 of the top 10 banks in the U.S. Chan has also worked as a Credit Manager and Loan Officer at [Wells Fargo](/org/wells-fargo), and as an Associate in Investment Management at [Goldman Sachs](/org/goldman-sachs). In their most recent role, Chan served as Vice President of Consumer Real Estate at Bank of America. Throughout their career, Chan has been recognized for their outstanding work, receiving the Bailey Award in 2017 for being one of the top 7 employees with the highest contribution to the company.

Chris Blaser is the Co-Founder and CTO at [Prelim](/org/prelim). Chris was previously a software engineer at Blend, and before that, they were on the UC Berkeley Solar Vehicle Team, CalSol. Chris has always been interested in technology and its potential to change the world. Chris was drawn to the solar vehicle team because of its focus on sustainable energy and its potential to make a positive impact on the environment. As a software engineer, Chris has worked on developing mobile apps, web applications, and backend systems. Chris is passionate about using technology to solve problems and make people's lives better.

Chris Blaser's educational career has been in the field of English and Math. They have a degree from the University of California, Berkeley in these two subjects.
