Aaron West is an experienced technology professional with a strong focus on site reliability, cloud engineering, and AI/ML solutions. Currently serving as the Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Prelude since August 2025, Aaron also co-founded Elevator Robot in December 2024, leading a team of web developers in creating custom AI/ML applications. Previous roles include Lead Engineer at Protagona, Senior Cloud Engineer, and Site Reliability Engineer at FluentStream, along with various engineering positions at Sparq, Accenture, Infor, Valero, and USAA.
