Julia Winn is the Growth Marketing Lead at Prelude. Julia has been with Prelude since July 2021 and in their current role, they are responsible for optimizing inbound lead flow process and routing and sales enablement.

Prior to their current role, Julia was with Prelude as the Growth Marketing Lead where they were responsible for leading cross-functional alignment to execute growth initiatives that drive new customer acquisition and also support customer retention efforts. Julia was also responsible for identifying and prioritizing growth marketing channels and programs to increase prospect volume at the top of the funnel.

In their previous role, Julia also developed partnerships with ATS and technical assessment integrations. Additionally, they created retention marketing initiatives to increase customer loyalty and promote product features. Julia also created an SEO strategy of a newly re-branded organization and website leading to month over month increases in web traffic and steadily increasing inbound lead flow.

As for content strategy, Julia was responsible for the execution of all customer stories, company blogs, and SEO library pieces. Julia also managed and oversaw vendor relationships with content production partners. Furthermore, Julia owned website updates (Webflow), database segmentation, lead attribution in marketing operations. Lastly, they were responsible for analysis and reporting of website analytics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as well as post-mortem analysis of cost per acquisition by channel, length of sales cycle, average deal size, and more.

Julia Winn has a Bachelor's degree in Motion Picture/Video from Brooks Institute. Julia is certified by Adobe Marketo and Doulas of North America in Birth Doula CD (DONA).
