Nicole Lederman is the Founding Customer Success Manager, Enterprise & Strategic Accounts at Prelude. Nicole has over 10 years of experience in customer success, billing and fraud prevention, accounting, and admissions.

Nicole started their career as a teacher and sales administrator at Gymboree Play & Music. Nicole then transitioned into the corporate world as an Operations Management Specialist at Vistar, A PFG Company. After a few years in operations, Nicole found their true passion in customer success and took on the role of Head of Admissions at Animation Mentor.

In August 2017, Nicole joined brightwheel as the Head of Billing and Fraud Prevention - FinTech Customer Success. Nicole was responsible for managing billing, invoicing, and fraud prevention for all FinTech customers. Nicole left brightwheel in August 2019 to join Prelude as the Founding Customer Success Manager.

Nicole Lederman has a strategy execution certificate from Harvard Business School Online and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Sonoma State University. Nicole also attended Chabot College.

Nicole Lederman works with Hari Simons - Product Design Lead, Julia Winn - Growth Marketing Lead, and Alexander Soto - Founder & CTO. Nicole Lederman reports to Will Laufer, CEO.
