Trudi Gunderson has extensive experience in IT support and services, currently serving as a Service Desk Specialist at Prelude Services since July 2020, while also holding the position of Help Desk Technician I at New River Valley Community Services since September 2015. Trudi's career includes roles such as Tier 1 Technician at Radford University, Helpdesk Analyst at Deloitte, Deskside Support Technician at CDI Corporation, and Client Services/Support at Unisys, showcasing a solid background in technical support, system troubleshooting, and client interaction. Trudi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from ITT Technical Institute and an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from York Technical Institute.
