Ray Mathieu

Ray Mathieu possesses extensive experience in financial management, board governance, and investment strategies. Currently, Mathieu serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for The Business Development Company of RI since 2014, and as a member of the Investment Screening Committee for Cherrystone Angel Group. From 2014 to 2024, Mathieu has held multiple roles at Luna Pharmaceuticals, including Chairman and currently Treasurer. Additional experience includes board membership and leadership roles at the Slater Technology Fund and the University of Rhode Island Foundation, as well as financial leadership positions at InsureMyTrip.com and Providence Equity Partners. Mathieu's educational background includes an M.B.A. and Bachelor's Degree from the University of Rhode Island.
