Amy F.

Amy F. has extensive experience in quality improvement and strategic writing, currently serving as a Business Implementation Manager for the Quality Program at Premera Blue Cross since April 2017. In this role, Amy manages quality improvement-related reports and oversees the NCQA accreditation process, collaborating across the organization to fulfill key initiatives. Prior to this position, Amy worked at Regence in various roles including Senior Strategic Writer and Quality Improvement Program Analyst, focusing on proposal management and strategic development. Amy's career also includes editorial and proposal writing roles at Anchor QEA, FCS GROUP, and ICF International, among others. Amy holds a BA in English and Dance from the University of Washington and has a background in ballet from Cornish College of the Arts.
