Jennifer J.t.a. Barrón

Jennifer J.T.A. Barrón is a seasoned Compensation Analyst with significant experience in the compensation and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Premera Blue Cross since October 2020, Jennifer previously worked at Nordstrom for nearly a decade, where roles included Compensation Analyst and Senior Vendor Services Analyst. In these positions, Jennifer contributed to audit processes, managed vendor-funded markdown claims recovering nearly $200 million, produced retail reports using Oracle Essbase and MicroStrategy, and led projects to optimize employee benefits and tax compliance. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree with double majors in Communications and American Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington, along with additional education from the School of Visual Concepts.
