Lauren Andre Vos, BSN, RN, PHN, CCM, CCP, currently serves in Clinical Programs at Premera Blue Cross since July 2020. Prior experience includes positions as Patient Transfer Center Nurse at Kootenai Health and GI Nurse at CHOC Children's.
