Lee Mills McGrath

Lee Mills McGrath has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. They held the role of Executive Vice President, Health Care Services at Premera Blue Cross starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President, Provider Strategy and Solutions at Premera Blue Cross. Before joining Premera, Lee held several leadership positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, including Divisional Vice President, Network Innovation and Strategy. They also worked as a Senior Director of Value Based Contracts at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Lee's experience also includes serving as President of Illinois Health Partners and working as the Director of Business Development at Dupage Medical Group. They also worked at Humana as a Regional Product Manager and at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant. Lee has experience in areas such as strategic planning, healthcare partnerships, provider solutions, and negotiating payer contracts.

Lee Mills McGrath earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Business from Washington University in St. Louis, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Master's of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan, completing the program between 1999 and 2001.
