Merisol Speat, PsyD, CPTD, serves as the Vice President of the Enterprise Project Management Office at Premier America Credit Union, where oversight of the organization's strategic initiatives and agile project execution are prioritized. With a robust background in organizational development, Merisol has held multiple VP roles at Premier America, including leading programs that enhance human capital and address critical organizational challenges. Prior experience includes a Program Director position at Logix Federal Credit Union, focusing on leadership training and development, as well as roles in instructional design and member services. Merisol holds a Doctor of Psychology in Organizational Management and Consulting from Phillips Graduate University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Woodbury University.
