Joni Comport is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in managing HR operations across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Premier Bank since February 2020, Joni aligns business objectives with employee and management needs, focusing on talent acquisition, development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Previously, Joni held the position of Assistant Director of HR at Home Savings Bank from November 2001 to February 2020, overseeing a team and handling a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, payroll, performance management, and compliance. Joni's career also includes directing HR operations at Allegheny Health Network and various HR roles at UPMC. Joni holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
