David Barry

David Barry is an experienced contracts and project manager currently serving as a Senior Contracts Manager at Premier Composite Technologies in Dubai since October 2017, and as a Senior Project Manager at HE Abdulla Al Masaood since September 2013. With a background in managing unique and complex construction projects, David held the position of Project Manager at MZ Architects from January 2010 to September 2013, focusing on project management plan development and contracts management. Before this, David was the Managing Director at DB Sealing Systems Ltd. from August 2003 to December 2011, overseeing major civil engineering and construction projects in Ireland and achieving notable profitability and project success. David holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Law & Practice from the University of Salford Manchester, completed in 2015, and has a foundational education from UNSW from 1999 to 2002.
