Rishabh Bana

Rishabh Bana is a seasoned materials and process engineer with extensive experience in composite manufacturing and development. Currently serving as a Sr. Materials and Process Engineer at Premier Composite Technologies in Dubai, Rishabh focuses on cost reduction and LEAN implementation. Previously, Rishabh held the position of Process Development Engineer at GE Renewable Energy, where responsibilities included designing VARTM processes for wind blades, conducting defect analyses, and supporting technology development. Prior to that, Rishabh worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Triovision Composite Technologies, managing production processes and conducting research on composite materials. Early career experiences included internships at IFSTTAR and ARCI, focusing on mechanical and thermal characterization of composites. Rishabh holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Processes and Technology of Composites from Centrale Nantes and is pursuing an MBA in Operations Management from Manipal University Jaipur, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
