Matthew Bowers

Matthew Bowers has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Matthew started their career in 2000 as an Assistant Superintendent at Tartan Fields Golf Club and subsequently worked in the same role at The Golf Club of Dublin and Oak Creek Golf Club. In 2006, they served as a Superintendent at Skylinks Golf Course. Starting in 2007, Matthew transitioned to the landscape industry, where they worked as an Operations Manager at The Brickman Group and later became an Area Project Manager at O'Connell Landscape until 2014. Matthew then entered the agriculture sector, joining Monsanto Company as a District Sales Manager, responsible for managing a sales team, providing product and agronomic training, and overseeing the soybean supply chain for a specific region. Matthew later worked as a Field Sales Representative at Bayer Crop Science before joining Premier Crop Systems, LLC in 2020 as a Strategic Account Manager.

Matthew Bowers attended The Ohio State University from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Turfgrass Management.
