Laura Spellman

Laura Spellman is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing comprehensive HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Premier Infusion and Healthcare Services, Inc. since September 2018, Laura oversees initiatives related to employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. Previously, Laura held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where responsibilities included project management and leadership across multiple program offices. Laura also worked as an HR Generalist at Road Runner Sports, where significant contributions resulted in substantial cost savings in the Worker’s Compensation Program, and as Human Resources Manager at Ontro, Inc., focusing on employee relations and compliance.
