Adam Lea has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Adam started their career as a Football Coach and Education Coordinator at Pompey in the Community, where they excelled in creating workshop materials and building client relationships. Adam then became the Education Manager, overseeing new project ideas and funding streams. Adam later took on roles at Portsmouth Football Club Ltd as an Education Coordinator and also served as the General Merchandise Co-ordinator for Sainsbury's. Adam further expanded their knowledge and skills as a University Internship at Watford Football Club, focusing on business development and branding. Adam's expertise also includes being a Premier Skills Head Coach at The Premier League, where they delivered course materials to aspiring coaches from around the world. Additionally, they have contributed as a Trustee for the Zesh Rehman Foundation and as a Sports Consultant for Addsport, particularly consulting for Peterborough United. Adam Lea's work experience showcases their ability to excel in various roles within the sports industry.

Adam Lea completed their education in the field of sports management and leadership. From 2004 to 2008, they attended the University of Southampton, where they obtained a BA Hons degree. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they studied sports science at Fareham College and obtained a BTEC. In addition to their formal education, Adam Lea has obtained several certifications, including Mental Health First Aid, FA Level 2 Football Coaching, and Youth Worker Level 2. Adam also holds a degree in Sports and Leadership from the University of Southampton.
