Derek Gutierrez

Derek Gutierrez has extensive work experience in various roles. Derek started their career as a Broker Assistant at Amerex Brokers LLC in 1998 and worked there until 2000. Following that, they joined Kickstart Kids in 2000 as a Karate Instructor and area manager, where they taught character through martial arts, fundraised for equipment and events, and ensured the success of other instructors at their campuses. Derek'smost recent role is Chief Instructor at Premier Martial Arts International, starting in February 2022.

Derek Gutierrez completed their Associate of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Houston Community College, which they attended from 2012 to 2017.
