Carol Thompson

Carol Thompson has extensive experience in healthcare administration and patient advocacy. Carol served as Executive Director at Premier Orthopaedics from February 2013 until retirement and co-founded Peace of Mind Advocates, LLC in May 2010, where the focus is on aiding individuals in navigating healthcare challenges and ensuring their rights and dignity are upheld. Prior to these roles, Carol was a Practice Administrator at Crozer-Keystone Health System and held multiple positions at Independence Blue Cross, including Manager of Part D Implementation and Director of Field Services. Carol holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and HR Administration from Neumann University.
